We’re excited to invite you to the third edition of our Summer Movement Camp—taking place in the beautiful Polish countryside, just a short trip from Berlin. Join us for five days of diverse movement, rediscover yourself, and connect with like-minded people. Everything your heart desires: inspiring humans, amazing workshops, delicious vegetarian/vegan food—and enough downtime to enjoy nature, the sauna, and the pool.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This camp gives us the chance to dive deeper into our practice and spend more time exploring than we can in our weekly classes. That’s why we’ll also be teaching material we usually don’t have time for. Whether you’ve trained with us before or are totally new—this will be a unique experience. But it’s not just about the training—it’s also about connection. Connection to yourself and spending five days in community. That’s why there will also be plenty of space for free training or simply relaxing.

A detailed schedule will be sent to you shortly before the camp. You can expect around 20–25 hours of guided practice spread over the five days. The main sessions usually run from 10:00 to 17:00, giving you time to train deeply and still enjoy the nature, sauna, and pool. All sessions will be held outdoors—rain or shine!

No specific movement background is required to join. You don’t need to be a master of strength or flexibility, but a regular movement practice is essential to make the most of the experience. The camp is for anyone open to trying new things and ready for the challenge of a physically intense and rewarding week.

OUR TEAM

We—Oscar, Clara, Micha & Eva—will guide you through days full of movement:

SOFT ACROBATICS (with Oscar) Learn soft acrobatics, including handstands, aerial acro, and movements inspired by Capoeira and Breakdance. We’ll build up to some more advanced moves, but in a way that’s safe and adaptable for all levels. Then we’ll blend them into flowing sequences.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE + CONTACT IMPRO (with Eva) Discover flow in movement—a mix of pivots, floorwork, contemporary dance, and soft acrobatics. Move freely—solo and with a partner—and shift between softness and wild expression.

KUNG FU / INTERNAL MARTIAL ARTS (with Clara) Clara blends XUAN Gong Fu with modern movement approaches. Learn to generate power from your center, release unnecessary tension, and move with relaxed strength. Explore how rooted stances can support fluid movement—and how stillness and motion can both be deeply connected.

ORGANIC STRENGTH + MOBILITY A holistic strength & mobility practice that ties together all elements of the camp. Prepare joints, muscles, and tendons for a full week of training—stay strong, safe, and energized.


THE LOCATION: Villa Maniszewo

Just 1.5 hours from Berlin by train, Villa Maniszewo offers us a spacious natural setting for outdoor training and hanging out. There’s a nearby supermarket, several bathrooms in the house, a sauna, kitchen, living room, a grill spot, large grassy areas, and even a tennis court in the garden.

And of course: a big pool we can use any time we like. If you’re coming by bike or car, there’s also a nearby lake for a refreshing swim. Shared guest rooms (2–4 people) are available—or you can bring your tent and camp.
